About Us....
Mechani-Tech Ltd brings a considerable background of relevant project management, planning, design, supervision and construction experience to any project undertaken.
Managing Director, Scott Roberts, is Senior Project Designer and Project Manager
In 1989, Scott arrived from UK with a Dip. Building Engineering Services and six years experience in the building services industry.
Achievements since that time are:
- Established and operated a successful Building Services company and, after eight years as Managing Director, sold the company.
- Three years as Project Manager for a large international building services organization
- Three years as business partner and Senior Project/Design Manager for a company specializing in winery design and construction
- Established Mechani-Tech Ltd in 2006, continuing to grow a key client base within the wine industry
projects over the last five years. Some of the more significant ones include:
- Developed design and project management and construction of a 1500T white wine tank farm extension to a 4000t winery facility.
- Developed design and project management and construction of stage 1 of 3 stages of a green fields 1500T winery.
- Conceptual design, developed design, project management and construction of a new 250T winery on an existing winery site.
- Lesser involvement in the completion of stage 3 of 3 stages of a green fields 2000T winery project.
- Developed design and project management of a 150T expansion to an existing tank farm facility.
- Coceptual design, developed design and project management of a 300T winery expansion within existing buildings and layout, whilst ensuring that the expansion will eventually fit within an envelope of proposed new and expanded facilities. Existing facilities remained fully operational with minimal disruption during the project.
In addition to key personnel, Mechani-Tech Ltd has access to a wide range of resources, and contracts specific skills to meet project requirements.
